Your Role at a Glance:

As the Maintenance & Technical Manager, you’ll be at the helm of ensuring the seamless performance of our state-of-the-art production lines for dehydrated potato flakes, frozen specialties, and French fries. Your key focus will be on:

• Safety First

  : Establishing and optimizing safety, health, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace.

• Team Leadership

  : Inspiring and managing a team of technicians and assistant managers to achieve technical excellence.

• Machinery Optimization

  : Designing and implementing preventive and curative maintenance strategies to maximize machinery uptime and efficiency.

• Innovation & Projects

  : Collaborating on investment and process optimization projects, ensuring we stay ahead in innovation.

• Operational Excellence

  : Streamlining processes to improve plant performance and minimize downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly motivated professional with:

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.

10–12 years

5 years of leadership experience

✅ A proactive mindset to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.

✅ Expertise in managing utilities like cooling systems, biomass boilers, and water treatment installations.
