Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at our esteemed client, a 60-year-old manufacturing company specializing in precision components and packaging products for FMCG brands, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 8 manufacturing units in India and managing 35% of exports to over 40 countries. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of maintenance engineers, overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and non-CNC machines, and coordinating with internal and external parties for maintenance support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of maintenance engineers with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and non-CNC machines as per schedule - Ensure 100% uptime of all machines and equipment, including Turning, Milling, and Grinding Machines - Possess knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance - Familiarity with CNC controllers like Siemens, Fanuc, and PLCs programming - Address majority of maintenance issues internally with the team, involving external parties when necessary - Coordinate with European manufacturers for support when dealing with specific machines - Manage building maintenance activities along with machine and factory equipment maintenance **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in maintenance management - Proficiency in preventive and breakdown maintenance, CNC programming, and equipment maintenance - Knowledge of CNC controllers like Siemens, Fanuc, and PLCs programming - Strong network of maintenance service providers - Experience in coordinating maintenance activities with European manufacturers Join our team in Goregaon East, Mumbai, and be a part of a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the operational efficiency and success of our manufacturing units.,
