Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at Moonlight Tubes, your role involves planning and supervising preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery. You will ensure the availability and reliability of machinery by managing spare parts inventory and procurement. Your key skills in Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Equipment Reliability, Team Management, Inventory Management, and Safety Compliance will be crucial in implementing continuous improvement programs in maintenance. Additionally, you will coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime. Qualification Required: - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical Key Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance - Ensure availability and reliability of plant machinery - Manage spare parts inventory and procurement - Implement continuous improvement programs in maintenance - Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime Please note that this is a full-time position located in Khattalwad, Gujarat.
