As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment calibrated by the Calibration house meets the required standards. You will monitor the calibration process, review calibration certificates, and ensure that the equipment falls within the acceptance tolerance. Additionally, you will be involved in the internal equipment calibration process, seeking approval from higher authorities at Accord. Your role will also involve maintaining an up-to-date database of equipment and ensuring that all equipment is calibrated at specified intervals. You will act as a single point of contact for interactions with the calibration house and Design Engineers, and you will need to have a good understanding of equipment reliability to address any observed issues. It will be your responsibility to track the environmental conditions of the equipment to prevent adjustments, damage, or deterioration that could affect the calibration status and subsequent measurement results. You should have a solid understanding of work disciplines and adhere to AS9100 standard and ISO9001 for calibration aspects. Implement and monitor energy-saving opportunities, such as optimizing HVAC settings and upgrading lighting systems, contributing to sustainability goals and reducing operational costs at Synnat Pharma. Analyze maintenance costs and recommend cost-effective solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality or reliability.
