Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during repairs, shutdowns, and turnarounds. Troubleshoot mechanical issues in expellers, preparatory equipment, extractors, conveyors, pumps, and allied utilities. Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spares inventory, and equipment history. Coordinate with the production team for smooth equipment handover and startup post-maintenance. Implement energy-saving and reliability improvement initiatives in plant machinery. Ensure strict compliance with plant safety standards, statutory inspections, and maintenance SOPs.
