Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across our maintenance sites. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance teams, ensure smooth site operations, and optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance supervisors.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil and MEP.
• Manage maintenance team performance, schedules, and training.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare reports on site operations and maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance site operations and safety standards.
