Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Rajkot. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within the hospital, including supervising maintenance staff, managing equipment maintenance, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining maintenance records, and addressing maintenance issues to ensure the smooth operation of hospital facilities.

• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• A strong understanding of Maintenance Management practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment
• Experience with hospital maintenance management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
