Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities and equipment. You will lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, develop maintenance procedures, and conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Monitoring equipment inventory, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be tasked with maintaining records, reports, and documentation while coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance efficiently. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you must have proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar capacity for approximately 5-8 years. A strong understanding of facilities and equipment maintenance best practices, familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and exceptional leadership and organizational skills are essential for this position.
