Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve productivity
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical and technical issues
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machinery

Desired Candidate Profile

10–20 years of experience in
Electrical Maintenance
or a related field
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in
Electrical Engineering
from a recognized institution
Strong experience in handling large-scale industrial equipment and machinery
Hands-on expertise in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and execution
Ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently
