Job Description

Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance activities.
Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all machines.
Minimize machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
Prepare and control maintenance schedules, budgets, and spares inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with production to support continuous and smooth operations.
Handle AMC, vendors, and service contractors for maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
Support audits related to safety, quality, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
