POSITION: MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Executive Maximize availability, accuracy, and safety of plant

equipment (batching plant, conveyors, silos, pumps, load cells, weighbridge,

IDS/PLC), ensuring calibration and preventive up keep. Support the

Maintenance Team with planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

Your role is critical in maintaining a smooth operational flow of the Plant and

Manage all the duties are done efficiently.

Job Role & Key responsibilities:

● Preventive maintenance:

- Plan and execute PM on mechanical/electrical systems,

lubrication, belts, valves, admixture pumps, dust collectors.

- Maintain minimum spares inventory.

- Coordinate with Purchase/Stores team for procurement and

replenishment

● Calibration and accuracy:

- Calibrate weigh hoppers, load cells, water meters, admixture

dispensers, weighbridge .

- Document certificates aligned to QC and ERP consumption

integrity.

● Plant Equipment Availability :

- Perform Daily checks on batching plants, conveyors, silos,

cement screws, weighbridge, dust collectors.

- Support statutory inspections (lifting devices, pressure

vessels, electrical safety).

● Job Card & Maintenance Records :

- Open Job card for each breakdown/ repair

- Identify problem , root cause , time taken for repairs , spares

used.

- Responsible for TM / Driver number (for Vehicle related

issues)

- Submit daily/weekly maintenance log to HOD/Plant Head.

● Breakdown response:

- Rapid troubleshooting to reduce downtime.

- Support safety LOTO and statutory inspections.

- Track % of Preventive vs Breakdown maintenance.

- TM downtime hours/month.

- Track TM downtime and pump breakdowns; analyze repeat

failures.

- Certify full functionality before release to Dispatch.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
