Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities. Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure (HVAC, lifts, generators, fire systems, etc.). Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts. Coordinate with service vendors and contractors for specialized repair or AMC jobs. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and statutory regulations. Prepare maintenance reports, budget estimates, and cost analyses. Train and monitor maintenance staff to ensure performance and adherence to procedures. Collaborate with the operations team to support production/operational efficiency.
