Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to ensure equipment reliability by executing preventive maintenance, addressing breakdowns, and performing repairs. Responsibilities include daily inspections, managing spare parts inventory, documenting activities, coordinating maintenance needs, analyzing performance data, and supporting new installations or process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance personnel and establish priorities in maintenance schedules.
• Maintain manufacturing assets and facilities, manage parts inventory, monitor purchase orders, and create monthly expenditure budgets.
• Provide direction, priorities, training, and continuous development for maintenance personnel.
• Drive Maintenance and Reliability initiatives focused on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate work with outside inspections, manage projects, ensure personnel safety, and handle other duties as required.
• Manage and establish maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment to exceed production targets.
• Develop and maintain associate safety standards.
• Conduct training sessions, develop training modules, and provide one-on-one development for supervisors and operators.
• Publish reports such as MTTR, MTBF, RCA, maintenance reports, maintenance costs, PM calendars, and safety incident reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Excellent technical knowledge of equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding and experience in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Excellent communication skills. Kannada, English, and Hindi preferably.
• Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets and data processing.
