Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview:

Maintenance Data Analysts

Experience Required:

2 to 10 Years

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain technical data related to mechanical and instrumentation equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, valves, gearboxes, field instruments, etc.).
  
• Support plant maintenance, shutdown, and breakdown activities with accurate data analysis and documentation.
  
• Interpret and work with technical documentation, including:
  
• P&IDs
  
• SLDs
  
• Isometric drawings
  
• Equipment datasheets
  
• Electrical and instrumentation schematics
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  
• Manage and update Equipment Master Data, Functional Locations, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Office and ERP/CMMS tools.
  

Key Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong understanding of mechanical and instrumentation equipment.
  
• Experience in plant maintenance/shutdown/breakdown activities.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  

Added Advantages:

• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Experience in

  ERP systems and CMMS

  (preferably

  SAP

  ).
• Knowledge of material management processes and BOM creation.
  
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
