We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical systems, relay logic, PLC control systems, automation and CNC machine maintenance.

Education Required

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Additional Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

DG set operation & maintenance
Air compressor maintenance
CNC machine maintenance
Press shop / Press plant maintenance (Hydraulic / Pneumatic Press)
Anodizing plant equipment maintenance
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) maintenance
Heat treatment furnace / equipment maintenance
Good understanding of industrial utilities & machines

Skill Set Required

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Takes initiative, independent working ability
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Knowledge of Machinery FMEA & Root Cause Analysis
Ability to work under pressure
Good written & verbal communication
Strong technical knowledge – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
Knowledge of Safety guidelines (EPA / OSHA)
Team working & supervision skills

Key Responsibilities

Planning & execution of preventive / scheduled maintenance
Attending breakdowns & emergency maintenance
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Repairing equipment and validating performance
Supervising technicians, contractors, and engineering staff
Ordering and managing spare parts, tools & accessories
Preparing and updating maintenance procedures
Maintaining equipment history records (breakdowns / repairs / service)
Ensuring legal & statutory compliance
Supporting production team to ensure maximum uptime
Maintaining machines & tools database
Driving continuous improvement in machines & processes

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Candidate must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
