Anodizing Supervisor

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of the Anodizing Plant and Wastewater Treatment (ETP) Line.
• Handle erection, commissioning, and operation of the complete anodizing system — including rectifiers, pumps, busbars, pipelines, exhaust scrubbers, chillers, and root blowers.
• Conduct chemical analysis of anodizing baths to ensure process consistency and product quality.
• Monitor and control anodizing process parameters such as chemical composition, pH, pressure, temperature, and current.
• Operate and adjust parameters of the wastewater treatment line to ensure effective effluent treatment and recycling.
• Ensure proper treatment, recycling, reuse, and renovation of industrial wastewater through ETP.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure safe, reliable equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Achieve production and quality targets as per company standards.
• Manage and train plant operators and new team members.
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) to maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of anodizing and effluent treatment processes
• Understanding of process chemistry and parameter control
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate operators
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintenance
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,658.23 - ₹37,017.06 per month
