Job Description:
Grinntech is a dynamic and innovative full stack lithium battery tech startup committed to power upthe electrification of Indian and Global mobility. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seekingan experienced Maintenance Engineer for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and repair of allmachinery, equipment, and utilities in the Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant. The role involvespreventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and improving equipment efficiency toenhance productivity and reduce downtime.Key Responsibilities Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive andpredictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, andinfrastructure. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and automationrelated issues to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production. Equipment Calibration & Optimization: Ensure all production equipment is calibrated andoptimized for maximum efficiency and longevity. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spareparts inventory, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts, ensuringavailability while optimizing costs. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety protocolsand environmental regulations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhanceequipment performance and reduce maintenance costs. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers formaintenance contracts, spare parts procurement, and technical support.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a relatedfield. Valid 'B' License for Electrical Work is Mandatory. Hands-on experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as mixers, coatingmachines, drying ovens, formation & testing equipment, and BMS systems. Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001 guidelines

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
