Maintenance Engineer- C License

As a Maintenance Engineer at Grinntech, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and repair of all machinery, equipment, and utilities in the Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and improving equipment efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. - Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production. - Ensure all production equipment is calibrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and longevity. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts, ensuring availability while optimizing costs. - Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations. - Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs. - Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers for maintenance contracts, spare parts procurement, and technical support. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. - Valid "B" License for Electrical Work is Mandatory. - Hands-on experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as mixers, coating machines, drying ovens, formation & testing equipment, and BMS systems. - Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001 guidelines.
