Job Description (JD) Position Title: Maintenance & Audit Executive – Computer, HM & MLT Labs Department: Maintenance / IT & Academic Support Job Location: Delhi (6 Campuses – Daily Movement Required) Reporting To: Academic Head / Maintenance Manager Job Summary: The Maintenance & Audit Executive will be responsible for the complete maintenance, audit, and smooth functioning of Computer Labs, HM Labs, and MLT Labs across all campuses in Delhi. The role requires strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, regular campus-wise lab audits, coordination for repairs, cleanliness of labs, and daily reporting through photographs and updates. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Computer Lab Maintenance (Hardware & Software): Handle complete maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including CPU, RAM, Hard Disk/SSD, Motherboard, SMPS, UPS, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and required software. Identify hardware/software problems and resolve them independently or get them repaired through vendors as required. Ensure computer labs are clean, properly arranged, and fully functional. 2. HM & MLT Lab Maintenance & Audit: Visit HM and MLT labs at each campus and conduct complete lab audits. Check all lab equipment, instruments, tools, and consumables. Identify shortages, damages, or non-working items. Coordinate for repair, replacement, or procurement of faulty or missing equipment. Ensure HM and MLT labs are clean, organized, and maintained as per institute standards. 3. Campus-wise Daily Audit Responsibility: Visit all 6 campuses in Delhi daily as per schedule. Conduct audit of all labs (Computer, HM, and MLT) at each campus. Ensure labs are ready before academic or practical sessions. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper placement of all lab materials. 4. Reporting, Documentation & Coordination: Take clear photographs of all labs during each campus visit. Share lab photos and maintenance status in the official maintenance group daily. Prepare and submit audit, maintenance, and issue reports to management. Discuss problems, requirements, and improvements with management regularly. Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and pending maintenance issues. Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Practical understanding of HM and MLT lab equipment and maintenance. Ability to conduct detailed audits and identify gaps or issues. Willingness to travel daily across multiple campuses in Delhi. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Responsible, disciplined, and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware / IT. Prior experience in lab maintenance, IT support, or institutional maintenance. Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
