📝 Job Title Central Examination Coordinator 📍 Location: Noida Sector 5 🕒 Full-Time 💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month 🧾 Job Description We are looking for a Central Examination Coordinator who can manage and coordinate all exam-related activities between the Head Office and multiple centres. The person will work closely with centre managers, admin staff, exam cell teams, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of all examination formalities. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Coordinate with all centers for exam-related formalities Collect and share exam data (student lists, forms, fees status, attendance, etc.) Ensure exam forms, roll numbers, admit cards, and exam schedules are properly communicated Follow up with center managers and admin staff for timely compliance Maintain coordination between exam cell, accounts, academics, and administration Handle student queries related to examination process (through centers) Maintain basic records, checklists, and reports Ensure deadlines are followed and no exam-related work is delayed ✅ Eligibility & Skills Graduate with relevant experience Experience in education institute / exam cell / office coordination preferred Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work with multiple people and departments Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email Patient, organized, and responsible attitude 🌟 Who Should Apply Candidates with coordination / office / exam department experience Those who can manage pressure during exam time and work with deadlines
