Position: Machine Shop Manufacturing Engineer

Job Type : Permanent

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical)- Mandatory

Work Location: Trichy viralimalai

Interview walk in drive location : 21.09.2025 (Sunday) @ Coimbatore

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for on-time delivery, reduction in tool cost and process defects and safety and house keeping of all operations.

• 1.Programming of parts as per the load sheet.
• 2. Creation of process sheets
• 3. Optimisation of tools and resources

Indicative Tasks

1.Programming of parts and creation of process sheets

• Programming of parts, tooling development, etc.
• Reduce the cycle time by better method of programming.
• First pass of programming.
• Programming of parts as per the load sheet.

2. Creation of process sheets

• Creation of routing of materials.
• Providing process guidelines for all critical processes.

3. Optimisation of tools and resources

• Cost reduction of cutting tools.
• Tooling development for new components.
• Bring in new material cutting practices.
• Reduction in Setup time for all metal and non metal parts by doing setup time reduction projects.
