Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build and optimize custom LLM models for an AI-driven healthcare compliance platform. The role involves designing training pipelines, preparing high-quality datasets, and implementing domain-specific fine-tuning.You will evaluate and benchmark multiple LLM architectures to select the most suitable model for each specialized use case. You will develop models tailored for regulatory compliance, creative messaging, and other business-critical domains.The position requires driving innovation through experimentation with new architectures, techniques, and optimization strategies. You will deploy models to production, ensuring seamless integration, monitoring, efficiency, and cost optimization.You will maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-performing ML solutions.

Your tasks

Designing, training, and fine-tuning LLMs for specialized domains such as compliance, creative messaging, and healthcare workflows
Evaluating and selecting the right LLM architectures through benchmarking, comparative analysis, and performance testing
Building and managing training pipelines, including data preparation, data quality checks, and domain-specific dataset curation
Deploying and integrating models into production environments, monitoring performance, and optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost
Driving innovation and research by experimenting with new LLM techniques, staying updated with advancements, and documenting best practices

Requirements

Ability to build and fine-tune custom LLM models for specialised domains.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Practical experience deploying and managing ML models on AWS
Strong capability in preparing, curating, and validating datasets for training
Ability to evaluate, benchmark, and optimise models for performance and accuracy
