GTM Lead Location: Kolkata / Mumbai About the role The GTM Lead is responsible for building and owning the go-to-market function for LoglineAI. The company operates both as a studio providing AI-enabled content services and as a platform building tools and OS capabilities for other studios and brands. This role covers strategy and execution across target segments such as film/TV studios, streamers, production companies, agencies, and large brands. The GTM Lead will define ICPs, positioning, and messaging; build outbound and inbound programs; shape pricing and packaging; and work closely with the founder and product/engineering teams to align roadmap and commercial needs. Responsibilities Own GTM across I-powered studio services (shots, sequences, campaigns, episodic content) and emerging tools/OS offerings for studios, agencies, and brands. Define ICPs and segments and develop clear positioning and messaging for each. Build the growth engine: targeted outbound, account-based marketing, founder-led sales support, and inbound channels (content, talks, events, case studies). Lead revenue experiments on channels, pricing, packaging, and bundling of services and tools. Provide structured feedback from the market to product and engineering to influence roadmap and packaging. Track pipeline, conversion rates, ACV, and unit economics; adjust strategy based on data. Requirements 7–12+ years in growth, business development, or marketing roles in B2B SaaS, creative services, or media/entertainment, with exposure to international (preferably US) clients. Demonstrated experience taking a GTM motion from early relationships to a repeatable pipeline and revenue. Experience selling into studios, agencies, or large brands is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex workflows to non-technical executives. Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments. Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate comes from B2B SaaS or creative/production agencies serving studios and large brands and has operated at a Head of Growth / BD / Client Partner leadership level across high-value entertainment and brand accounts.
ML Engineer (Studio Applications) Location: Remote (India) Level: Mid/Senior (5–10+ years) About the role The ML Engineer (Studio Applications) focuses on deploying and maintaining machine learning models that support LoglineAI’s production workflows. The role is primarily applied and production-focused rather than research-oriented. The engineer will integrate third-party and open-source models for image and video generation, enhancement, and quality control into the platform. They will fine-tune models where necessary, manage inference services, and work with pipeline engineers and any research staff to ensure models perform reliably in real use cases. Responsibilities: Integrate third-party and open-source models (image/video generation, super-resolution, artifact detection) into LoglineAI’s platform. Fine-tune or adapt models for specific needs such as style preservation, character identity, motion and camera control, and cleanup. Design and operate inference services, including model serving, autoscaling, A/B testing, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Pipeline Engineers on model selection, parameter choices, and trade-offs between cost and quality. Work with research-oriented staff to convert prototypes into stable, monitored production services. Requirements: 5–10+ years of experience in machine learning or computer vision, with strong Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills. Proven experience deploying models to production (batch or real-time inference). Experience with diffusion or other generative models, ideally including video or sequence-aware work. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, experiment tracking (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow), and ML observability practices. Ability to read and implement methods from research papers at a practical level. Ideal Candidate comes from applied CV/ML product teams or ML platform/MLOps environments, working in Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer, Applied Scientist, or Senior Data Scientist focused on ML-heavy, GPU-driven systems.
Technical Director / Head of Generative Engineering Location: Remote (India) Level: Director / Head (8–12+ years) About the role LoglineAI is building a “Studio OS” that converts scripts, briefs, and assets into shots, sequences, and finished films using GenAI, 3D, and VFX. This role owns the overall architecture and technical direction of that platform. The focus is on designing and operating production-grade systems that combine AI models, media pipelines, and cloud infrastructure into a reliable, scalable environment for internal and external users. The Technical Director / Head of Generative Engineering will lead a team, define technical standards, and work closely with production and creative stakeholders. The role requires experience with high-scale backend systems and familiarity with media/VFX or real-time graphics environments. Responsibilities Design and own the architecture of Logline’s generative production platform: APIs, workflow engine, model gateway, render orchestration, and asset/metadata systems. Lead and mentor a team of pipeline engineers, tools engineers, and ML engineers; define coding standards and best practices. Translate requirements from producers, directors, and GenAI artists into robust, repeatable pipelines. Integrate external AI services (e.g., Veo, Kling, Runway, SD/ComfyUI, upscalers, QC models) into a single coherent system. Define and implement observability and reliability: logging, metrics, tracing, error budgets, incident response. Partner with the founder on the technical roadmap for the Studio OS and its evolution into a SaaS product. Requirements 8–12+ years building production-grade systems (media, VFX, gaming, SaaS, or other high-scale backend domains), including 3+ years leading small, senior teams. Strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containers, queues, and microservices. Experience with media/VFX/animation or real-time engines (Unreal, Blender, Nuke, Resolve, etc.) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and creative stakeholders. Track record of delivering systems from initial version to stable, scalable production. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate comes from industries such as VFX, animation, post-production, gaming, real-time 3D, or high-scale SaaS/cloud platforms that manage intensive media, GPU, or distributed workloads. A strong candidate brings a blend of systems design expertise, scalable platform thinking, and an understanding of creative production workflows, enabling them to bridge engineering, creators, and product teams effectively.
