Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune AI Agents to automate tasks such as:
• Lead acquisition & qualification
• Email and messaging outreach workflows
• Social media content intelligence and scheduling
• Integrate AI agents with CRM systems, email, and social platforms.
• Research, test, and implement the latest AI tools and APIs for marketing automation.
• Document workflows, prepare demos, and present agent capabilities.
• Collaborate directly with founders to align agent design with business goals like cost reduction and profit enhancement.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI/ML, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like RAG, n8n, make.com.
• Basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript and API integrations.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, or outreach platforms is a plus.
• Self-driven, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
