Mac Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain
MacOS systems, applications, and mobile devices
Manage desktop environments with
patches, updates, and security measures
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware, software, and network issues
for Mac systems
Administer and manage Apple devices using
MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
Deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations across Mac devices
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues
Support
onboarding/offboarding processes
– device deployment and account setup
Ensure compliance with company
IT security policies
and industry standards
Manage device configurations and policies using
Intune, SCCM, or similar tools
Provide training and technical assistance to end users on Mac systems and applications
Work with
Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP
for authentication and access management
Support
SSO, MFA, VPN, firewalls, and IAM platforms
for secure connectivity
Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for user experience

Requirements

Proven experience in
MacOS support and administration
Hands-on experience with
Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions
Knowledge of
networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Experience with
Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent
communication skills (English mandatory)
Ability to work in a hybrid environment across PAN India
