Track and manage quarterly MAC vendor budgets; monitor PO activity created by MAC Managers to ensure budgets remain on target weekly and monthly.

Host weekly or biweekly meetings with third-party MAC vendors to review project status, priorities, and issue resolution.

Maintain oversight of offsite furniture storage with 3rd party vendors, including quarterly warehouse visits and inventory verification.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure all third-party vendors comply with C&W and AMD safety and operational protocols.

Complete all assigned safety and compliance training on schedule.

Escalate safety or compliance issues promptly to the MAC Manager.
