 The M&A Communications Analyst plays a key role in our deal-making process by transforming completed valuation models into clear, compelling, and accurate LOI video proposals for partners. This position focuses exclusively on the LOI phase, ensuring that each proposal video communicates the deal structure, rationale, and terms in a concise way.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Review and prioritize LOI requests:

    Manage and prioritize incoming requests for LOI proposal videos based on deal timelines and urgency.
  • Validate deal alignment before recording:

    Cross check partner preferences, key deal terms, and valuation data to ensure each LOI structure is accurate and aligned with the financial model.
  • Create LOI proposal videos:

    Record daily Loom videos summarizing deal rationale, structure options, and next steps in a clear, professional, and engaging format for partners.
  • Document activity and feedback:

    Maintain detailed records of LOI proposals, partner feedback, and revisions inside the company CRM to support accurate tracking and continuity.
  • Support partner communication:

    Respond promptly to questions or clarifications from partners or internal team members related to LOI videos or deal structures.
  • Improve workflows and presentation quality:

    Continuously refine video clarity, messaging consistency, and internal processes to improve efficiency and execution quality.


You Should Have

  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant environment such as M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, or transaction support.
  • Exposure to financial modeling or deal evaluation processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience or comfort presenting deals and reviewing structural logic.
  • A self starter mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor.
