Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Loyalty & Referral Program for existing customers
Drive customer engagement activities to encourage referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business
Reach out to potential referral leads, explain product offerings, and schedule site visits
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate data of referrals, conversions, and customer touchpoints
Execute customer loyalty events, campaigns, and communication activities
Achieve monthly referral-driven sales targets

Requirements:

15 years of experience in Referral Sales / Loyalty Management / Customer Relationship roles (Real Estate preferred)
Strong customer engagement and communication skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with existing customers
Experience in relationship-driven sales environments
Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups
Comfortable working on CRM systems and handling customer data

Qualification:

Graduate / Post-graduate in any field
