Loyalty Marketing Manager

You will be joining a leading MarTech & Loyalty Services Agency that collaborates with renowned Blue-Chip domestic and multinational brands to oversee Channel & Trade Loyalty, Influencer Loyalty, and Customer Loyalty initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in managing loyalty programs across diverse sectors such as auto, electronics & consumer durables, home & building constructions, and IT, we have a solid track record of success. As a Client Servicing Manager specializing in Loyalty Marketing, based in Gurugram, you will assume a full-time position dedicated to spearheading the launch and implementation of Loyalty programs from inception to completion. Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams, your core responsibilities will encompass nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering comprehensive solutions. Your daily tasks will involve addressing client queries, collaborating with internal departments (technology, operations, concierge, finance, etc.), and overseeing the seamless execution of loyalty marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you must possess 1-2 years of prior experience in loyalty marketing, along with proficiency in client relations and customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, adept client services capabilities, a proven track record in managing client engagement strategies, excellent organizational acumen, and project management expertise are essential requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary, while a BTech in IT/CS/EC will be considered a valuable asset.,
