As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Loyalty Executive to join our team in Delhi. As a Loyalty Executive at Genefied, your primary responsibility will be the implementation, management, and optimization of our loyalty programs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer retention, driving engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers with our offerings. Your deep understanding of the local market will be essential in ensuring that our loyalty initiatives effectively connect with the community. Your key responsibilities will include managing the Genefied loyalty program within the North region to drive high levels of customer engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing personalized customer support, and troubleshooting any issues related to the loyalty program. Additionally, you will be required to collect, analyze, and report on key metrics to improve program performance and customer engagement. In this role, you will plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the local market to increase program participation and drive repeat business among customers. Your ability to gather and analyze customer feedback will be crucial in continuously improving the loyalty program and enhancing the overall customer experience. Furthermore, you will leverage your market insight to develop communication strategies and content that resonate with customers in the region. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in managing loyalty programs, customer service, or related roles. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data analysis is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. An educational qualification of an MBA or any master's degree is required for this role.,
