Evolve Brands India is looking for a Telecaller fluent in Bengali language to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling or customer support, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries.
• Communicate effectively in Bengali language.
• Maintain call logs and client details.
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali language (mandatory).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work on-site, 6 days a week.
