Role Description

As a Loyalty Manager, you will work closely with brand teams to design, run, and optimise loyalty and engagement programs. You’ll bring your past experience in managing loyalty programs and apply it to help brands think more clearly about user journeys, reward structure, communication flows, and program ROI.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, growth, and client teams to ensure every loyalty initiative runs smoothly end-to-end.

This role asks for someone who has already “been in the trenches” — someone who knows what actually moves loyalty metrics, not just what reads well in playbooks.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Loyalty Programs and deep understanding of Customer Loyalty principles, strategies, and trends
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program performance and derive actionable insights
  • Sales and relationship-building experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align loyalty goals with business objectives
  • Project Management skills to oversee loyalty initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Prior experience with Web3 technologies or blockchain is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
