Loyalty Manager

As an Account Manager Loyalty at mjunction, your role will involve being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding the loyalty program. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing the loyalty program and collaborating with the business teams to map the client journey and establish program goals aligned with company objectives. - Designing loyalty campaigns and schemes, from conceptualization to execution. This includes coordinating on a monthly/ yearly engagement calendar for effective implementation. - Handling operational issues related to the Loyalty Platform like application/system integration bugs, ad hoc reports, and minor change requests. You will be responsible for logging problems in the issue tracking platform-PACE and ensuring resolutions within agreed SLAs by following up with the Technical Support Team. - Conducting program reviews for campaigns, enhancements, operations, and new idea generation. You will provide recommendations and benchmarking to enhance adoption KPIs. Additionally, you will address client queries related to the program and maintain positive client relationships. - Creating Statements of Work (SOW) for new technical development requests/enhancements received from clients and communicating them to designated Business Analysts.
