About the Role We are hiring a Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships, campaign operations, and growth opportunities as we scale our managed services. You’ll be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in communication, with a passion for building long-term client success. Key Responsibilities Client Support & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for client queries across WhatsApp, email, and calls Guide clients through onboarding, setup, and adoption of Quboid workflows Maintain consistent, clear communication to build trust and long-term relationships Campaign & Operations Management Deploy template-based campaigns, loyalty programs, and managed service workflows Coordinate redemption catalogs, coupon management, and integrations (Shopify, reward partners, etc.) Ensure smooth execution of post-purchase engagement, reward redemptions, and upsell campaigns Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on campaign outcomes, member growth, and redemptions Share actionable insights in a clear and client-friendly way Customer Success & Growth Spot upsell opportunities for new features, engagement tools, or expanded services Support marketing pushes through mentions, co-branded campaigns, and catalog updates Skills & Requirements Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client service, or operations Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, PDFs, and creating clear client-facing reports Quick learner with the ability to adapt to loyalty workflows and campaign tools Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple client accounts Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Culture & Benefits At Quboid, you’ll be part of a remote-first, innovation-driven culture where experimentation and ownership are encouraged.
