Role Description

You’ll help Quboid execute on-ground and online experiments inside your college - GTM tests, A/B experiments, product insights, student funnel studies, and mini-activations.

This role is for students who like running experiments, talking to people, analysing behaviour, and seeing measurable outcomes. You’ll operate like a junior growth analyst inside your own campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Run small GTM experiments within your college
• Execute A/B tests and track impact
• Analyse student behaviour and surface insights
• Conduct user interviews and structured feedback loops
• Lead micro-campaigns, activations, and student outreach
• Coordinate weekly goals with the Quboid team
• Present findings in a clean, metrics-first format

What We Expect

• Strong ownership and bias for action
• Comfortable talking to users and gathering real feedback
• Good analytical thinking
• Willing to run on-ground or digital experiments on campus
• Clarity of communication and tight reporting

Compensation

• Fixed + Variable

• 80%+ of total pay is performance-based variable (Rewards tied to outcomes, quality of execution, and experiment impact)

• Certificate of internship

• Duration - upto 2 months
