Role Description This is a Part-time, Hybrid Role for a Campus Ambassador, based in your respective campus with occasional coordination with our Founder in Gurugram. As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent Linksta within your academic ecosystem and promote our platform through engaging Online and Offline events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Hosting, Promoting, and Coordinating Online Events conducted by Linksta Driving Attendance, Engagement, and Participation from your campus community Choosing to offer events Free or Paid, with Paid events following a 70% (Ambassador) / 30% (Linksta) Revenue Model Assisting in the Planning and Execution of Exclusive Offline events when speakers or panels are proposed by Linksta. Building Awareness about Linksta’s offerings through Marketing Activities, Campus Outreach, and Student Engagement Actively networking to grow Linksta’s Presence and Community on Campus. This role provides a unique opportunity to cultivate Leadership, Communication, Marketing, and Event Management Skills while representing Linksta in a Dynamic Environment. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively promote events and engage student audiences - Proven Marketing and Networking Ability to drive participation and build community connections - Basic Sales and Persuasion skills to encourage Sign-ups, Attendance, and Engagement - Demonstrated Leadership, Initiative, and Adaptability within a student environment - Ability to Collaborate, Coordinate, and Manage event-driven responsibilities efficiently - Interest in Professional Development, Networking, and Creator Ecosystems, with the ability to inspire Peers to participate in Linksta’s Mission
