Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss prevention and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loss prevention plans.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform loss prevention decisions.
  • Train and guide staff on loss prevention best practices.
  • Respond to incidents and support investigations as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a loss prevention role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
