Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize financial losses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of security protocols.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring prompt and appropriate action.
Analyze incident reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and awareness sessions on security best practices to employees.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of hospitality industry operations and security protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with loss prevention principles and practices is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
