Role & responsibilities

Scrum Master Immediate Joiners Only | Bangalore & Chennai Locations

Location:

Job Summary:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate discovery sprints, stakeholder workshops, and alignment sessions.
Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to groom and prioritize discovery backlogs.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of requirements, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-team activities such as audits, architecture reviews, and content inventories.
Drive progress reporting and communication with executive stakeholders.
Support estimation and prepare teams for seamless transition into delivery.

Implementation Phase:

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams.
Lead all Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Eliminate impediments and protect the team from external disruptions.
Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Track sprint velocity, goals, and deliverables using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
Support UAT, release planning, and roadmap alignment.
Identify and escalate risks; manage and resolve blockers across teams.

Qualifications

6+ years
of experience as a
Scrum Master
or
Agile Delivery Lead
.
Hands-on experience leading Agile teams through both
discovery and execution
.
Strong knowledge of
CMS platforms
– AEM preferred.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in
JIRA
,
Confluence
, and Agile reporting tools.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Familiarity with
component-based development
,
design systems
, or
enterprise content delivery
is a strong plus.
