Skills Experience:

10+ years total experience with at least 8 years leading Oracle ERP projects (including Oracle
Fusion
/Cloud modules: Finance, SCM, HCM, and technical integration/customization). • Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-module Oracle
Fusion ERP
projects from initiation through go-live and support. • Strong understanding of Oracle
Fusion ERP
architecture, integration points, and module interdependencies. • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, including both technical and functional Oracle
Fusion
consultants, across onsite and offshore locations. • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Hybrid)—PMI certification a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, balance resources, handle escalations, and deliver quality results under pressure. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to oversee high-quality project documentation and drive process excellence and continuous improvement. • Oracle
Fusion ERP
certifications and broad exposure to all functional and technical workstreams highly desirable. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
