Android Developer

Job Title:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using

  Kotlin

  and

  Java

• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using

  Jetpack Compose

  and

  XML

• Integrate applications with

  RESTful APIs

• Implement clean and maintainable architecture patterns such as

  MVVM

  and

  MVC

• Follow Material Design guidelines to ensure a consistent and engaging

  UI/UX

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Use Git for version control and collaboration
• Perform basic testing, debugging, and bug fixing
• Optimize application performance and ensure stability
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in

  Android application development

• Strong proficiency in

  Kotlin

  and

  Java

• Hands-on experience with

  Android SDK

• Experience building UI with Jetpack Compose and XML
• Experience integrating

  REST APIs

• Knowledge of Android architecture patterns

  (MVVM, MVC)

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Basic understanding of testing and debugging techniques
• Good understanding of Material Design guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern Android libraries and tools
• Understanding of dependency injection (e.g., Hilt/Dagger)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store
