• Define and implement the overall

  test automation architecture

  and best practices across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  test automation frameworks

  using

  Selenium, Python/Java, and UIPath

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product, QA) to align on test strategies.
• Establish robust

  CI/CD pipelines

  integrating automation with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform

  test planning, estimation, and strategy formulation

  for complex, multi-component systems.
• Drive

  end-to-end test coverage

  functional, regression, integration, performance, and RPA automation.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , ensure adherence to QA standards, and mentor automation engineers.
• Evaluate and implement

  new tools, frameworks, and methodologies

  to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and RPA teams to

  automate repetitive test cases

• Provide leadership in

Skillset Required-

• Programming Languages:

• CI/CD Integration:

• Version Control:

• API Testing:

• RPA Testing:

  Hands-on in designing automated test cases using

• Performance & Monitoring Tools:

• Test Management Tools:

  Jira, Zephyr, Xray, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of
