Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Construction/Mining and OEM segment clients.
  • Market Intelligence & market growth. Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies.
  • Product and commercial knowledge along with application.
  • mplementing customer-centric solutions.
  • Working capital management (inventory and overdue outstanding).

Accountability:

  • Pipeline Management through prospect conversion as per business plan.
  • Price Management and Implementation.
  • Timely collection & keeping OD in control.
  • Volume delivery as per business plan.
  • Timely implementation of marketing activities.
  • Keep Opex under control.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Product Knowledge, Application Knowledge and Process Knowledge.
  • Advanced selling Skills, Communication/Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skill, Relationship Building.
  • Adaptability to handle complexity and provide innovative solutions.
