Description

Skyworks India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import/Export Coordinator at the supervisor level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing import and export operations within India, specifically in the electronics or semiconductor industry. This role requires a thorough understanding of customs systems and experience working with freight forwarders and integrators.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee import/export operations for electronic and semiconductor products.
Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and procedures.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and integrators to ensure timely and efficient logistics.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and customs documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to streamline logistics processes.
Monitor and report on shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
Support the Global Logistics activity with reporting and operational updates to Senior Manager, Asia Pacific Logistics.

Required Experience And Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in import/export operations in India, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of Indian customs systems and regulations.
Proven experience working with freight forwarders and integrators.
Proficiency in local Indian languages.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global logistics team.
Proficiency in MS office (Power Point, Word and Excel)
