Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory handling, transportation coordination, vendor communication, and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to various locations.

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations.

Maintain proper inventory records and oversee stock movements.

Track shipments and handle documentation like delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.

Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Optimize logistics cost without compromising quality and timeliness.

Handle ERP or logistics software to update daily transactions.

Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.).

Good knowledge of local transport regulations and documentation.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling logistics in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.

Working knowledge of GST and logistics compliance documentation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
