Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Export Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, review, and manage export-related documents including

  commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and customs declarations

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  pharmaceutical export regulations, international trade laws, and company policies

  .

2. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with

  freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics providers

  for pharma shipments.
• Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery, maintaining

  product integrity

  .

3. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with

  Sales, Production, QA, and Finance teams

  to ensure smooth export operations and on-time order fulfillment.

4. Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance

• Handle

  import/export customs clearance

  for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with

  DGFT, customs regulations, duties, tariffs, and licenses

  .
• Coordinate with

  CHA agents and regulatory authorities

  .

5. Vendor & Supplier Management

• Communicate with international

  suppliers, vendors, freight partners, and customers

  .
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements.
  

6. Trade Compliance & Documentation Control

• Stay updated on

  pharma export/import regulations and documentation requirements

  .
• Prevent compliance risks, shipment delays, and penalties.
  

7. Shipment Tracking & Reporting

• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues.
  
• Maintain complete documentation and reports for audits.
  

8. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs within pharma importexport operations.
