Role & responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and techno-commercial proposals for various types of heat exchangers (Shell & Tube, Air-Cooled, etc.). Strong knowledge of ASME, TEMA, API standards, and experience in thermal/mechanical design tools (HTRI, PV Elite, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement, Production) for proposal development. Manage the full proposal lifecycle from RFQ review to final submission. Compile technical and commercial bid documents as per client specifications. Ensure compliance with company tendering procedures and client requirements. Preferred candidate profile BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Should have experience of 3-10 years in Proposal Writing & Tendering Process Required Skills: Experience in cost estimation & proposals is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent excel skills & good PowerPoint skills. Preferred Prior experience in EPC organizations
