Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed logistic plan for the project and advise on different phases of the project at the time of preparation of project execution strategy.
• Prepare monthly logistic plan incorporating changes happened /happening on the site.
• Coordinate with different team leaders on site to understand their future planning and prepare logistic arrangement accordingly.
• To make sure that all the roads, access, access controls are always in working conditions and trafficable.
• Prepare debris management plan for the site and make sure that site is always with minimum/no debris on site.
• Ensure proper pest control on the entire site/office with regular pest control measures.
• Liaise with civic department for getting royalty permission, special permit for vehicle entry or getting civic support in maintaining public roads adjacent to site.
• Make sure that site is fully barricaded with adequate height fence and controlled entry and exit points.
• Ensure that site has proper rain water disposal mechanism and adequate lighting provision to avoid any stoppage/damage of the work.
• Maintain list of equipments owned/operated by company and their usage with consumption of fuel.
• Allocation of plant and equipments to the different vendors as per requirement, maintain records and forward them to commercial for debit.

• Logical and well organised with ability to prioritize

Qualification & Work Experience

• Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience with minimum 10 years in similar role with Real Estate/Construction industry
