Logistics Manager

• • Act as logistics facilitator to ensure that all elements of the domestic and international distribution process are coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely and high quality.
• • Develop compliance strategy with internal stakeholders to achieve acceptable level of internal compliance and industry standards.
• • Develop visible procedure and key performance indicators to monitor quality and regular measurements to determine effectiveness of procedures implemented
• • Meet or exceed established goals relative to on-time delivery and shipping accuracy performance for customer shipments.
• • Domestic/Export/Import Knowledge (documentation, COO Customs law Knowledge/ Benefit like DBk/RoDTEP/Rebate etc and proper tracking with co relating with each export Invoice).
• • Keep documents track pre and post Export (like on LEO, board confirmation and vessel scheduling, etc)
• • Developing excellent relationships with suppliers and communicating about any issues or concerns that arise.
• • Creating and enforcing policies and practices for logistics activities that focus on effectiveness sustainability, and efficiency.
• • Approaching Shipping lines and Transporters directly in cases of sufficient shipping volume for transport to make the shipment planning in an efficient manner, to get an optimal solution for complex shipments, and for cost optimization.
• • Evaluate the logistic vendor suitable for and capable of executing the specific order by measuring their capabilities, competencies, and experience.
• • Communicate effectively both verbally and through (letter/email draft etc) with large corporate clients.
• • Provides direction for systems improvements and changes to operational requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics: 8 years (Preferred)
