Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager at Open Secret, your role will involve leading transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effective logistics, and strong coordination with transporters and warehouse partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch planning, route optimization, and delivery tracking. - Coordinate closely with transporters to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and resolution of transit issues. - Negotiate contracts and service terms with logistics partners and transport vendors. - Monitor fleet performance, delivery SLAs, and cost metrics. - Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline outbound logistics and reduce turnaround time. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and transporter performance. - Implement logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards in transportation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics transportation management, preferably in FMCG or D2C. - Proven experience in managing transporter relationships and optimizing delivery networks. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Familiarity with logistics software (WMS, TMS) and Excel-based reporting. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
