Position Overview Lakkadhaara Furnitures is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of furniture assembly and delivery logistics for customer orders. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, damage-free delivery and professional installation of our products, upholding our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule deliveries of furniture to customers across service areas. - Oversee product assembly, ensuring all pieces are installed perfectly at the customer site. - Communicate consistently with delivery, assembly teams, and customers for smooth operations. - Track orders from warehouse dispatch to final customer handover. - Resolve delivery or assembly issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Inspect items post-delivery and assembly; coordinate repairs/replacements for any damages. - Maintain documentation related to deliveries and assemblies. - Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. - Optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficiency and effectiveness. - Adhere to and promote safety standards during handling and transport. Requirements - Education: Any Graduation (A degree in logistics/supply chain is NOT mandatory). - English Proficiency: Basic (able to communicate essential details and instructions in English with the team and customers). - Experience in logistics, delivery coordination, assembly operations, or similar roles preferred, but not essential. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work with basic technology (mobile apps, messaging, order tracking). - Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude. - Flexibility to manage deliveries across various locations and work as required.
